Overthinking the January Window: the Christmas gifts we'd like to see

We’re rapidly approaching January and, with half a season in the books, for our Paid Subscribers we thought we’d play Santa and discuss the Fantrax gifts we’d like to give each side in the Premier League this season. For this hypothetical exercise, we’ll go club by club and talk about the position we’d most like to see them invest in January. These won’t always be the most pressing “real football” need, as we’re mostly focused on either new Fantrax relevant names or unlocking something new from existing players.

It goes without saying that none of this is connected to any “in-the-know” nonsense, so you can safely assume almost none of the specific names linked will actually happen. But don’t be surprised if we do see activity in the areas we point out.
